Azurcasa Real Estate act for the buyer rather than the seller

We are a fully licensed French real estate agency, and our focus is on the buyer rather than the seller. We specialise in finding your property to purchase on The French Riviera and Monaco.

Whether you are looking to buy a luxury apartment with a sea view in Cannes, a typical French townhouse in Antibes or a villa in the countryside, we will assist you with your search and guide you through every step of the buying process. We network with selling agents and can therefore cover the entire French Riviera property market. Our service is free as we share a part of the selling agent’s commission.

The 3 time-saving steps:

  • Pre-selection of properties, presentation with photos and videos, to avoid unnecessary visits
  • Organisation accompanied viewings including sight-seeing of the local neighbourhood
  • Buying process assistance; negotiation, signature of the pre-sale deed, propose a notary, explain documents concerning the property, propose a certified translator and assist by the final deed

Nice

Nice is the capital of the Riviera

with a population of around 350.000 people. Behind this seafront city you find the Alpes and it only takes around 1 hour to reach the first ski resort. Walk along the famous Promenade des Anglais, a long central coastal road with a new bike path and walking zone!

Puplic transport

A recent tramway system makes the city greener and less polluted. You are now even able to reach the city centre from the airport with the tramway.

Theatres & Opéra

There are several theatres like the "National Theatre of Nice", the convention centre "Acropolis" and the "Opéra Garnier" situated in the old town.

Restaurants & Clubs

A diversity of food from all over the world is served in the numerous restaurants and you can enjoy performances from live musicians in a jazz bar, etc.

Housing

The city offers mostly apartments. You find residential areas on the western hill often with sea view and a pool. In the centre the older bourgeois buildings dominate. The old town has its own charm and on the eastern hill after the vivid harbour (where the ferries to Corsica depart) you can find numerous more expensive apartments.

Cannes

Cannes – the city of movie stars

is a famous hot spot for the FILM FESTIVAL since 1946. You will find upscale apartments, magnificent hotels, luxury stores and fancy restaurants around La Croisette & Palais des Festivals.

The population of around 76 000 will almost double during the Film festival in May and also during other congresses like the Property Market exhibition.

Within a 20 minute boat ride you can reach the beautiful Islands of Lerins, famous for preserved nature, the monastery, the old prison cells etc.

Public transports

The city of Cannes has recently renovated its train station and has been investing in special bus-lanes and bike-paths.

Housing

In Cannes you find luxury villas and apartment complexes with pool and parking on the hillsides facing the sea. In the centre there are apartments with the charm of high ceilings but also typically buildings from the 1960s-1990s. The old town proposes picturesque town houses. Neighbouring areas like Mandelieu and Le Cannet are more affordable.

Antibes

Antibes - a coastal town with roman origins

has a well-known harbour giving berth to many of the world’s most famous yachts. Juan les Pins is where you find sandy beaches and many restaurants along the sea promenade. You can enjoy a walk on the cliff path along the peninsula Cap d'Antibes and admire the sailing boats going off to the islands outside Cannes.

Public Transport

Several bus lines serve Sophia Antipolis, Cannes, Nice etc. The airport-coach is very convenient. By train you will reach Paris in five and half hours, Monaco in 45 minutes and Cannes in 10 minutes. You can now bike along the coast to Nice or Cannes, mostly on a secured bike lane.

Housing

Many students and engineers from Sophia Antipolis choose Antibes because of its location between Cannes and Nice. The old town as well as the centre have lots of restaurants, pubs and markets and are offering mostly apartments to live in. When you reach the hills on the outskirt you will find apartments with pools as well as villas.
